Hi there, I'm Kirsten, a dedicated personal trainer with 15 years of experience in marketing and events. My journey has been marked by resilience in the face of challenges, including personal loss, car accidents, redundancies, and navigating the trials of being pregnant during a pandemic while raising a very active toddler.

In 2016, I discovered the empowering benefits of weightlifting, which transformed my approach to fitness. I shifted my focus from monotonous treadmill sessions to mastering heavy weights with proper form, leading to both physical and mental transformation.

As a fully-qualified personal trainer, I am committed to sharing my journey and expertise to inspire and guide others on their own transformative paths. Specialising in pre-natal and post-natal fitness, I am passionate about supporting mothers in prioritising their health and well-being, empowering them to navigate the challenges of parenthood.
